We always think about going out for a cup of coffee at either one of the coffee shops but we hardly talk about going out for a cup of tea. This was the scene until Chaayos came into picture, offering their “Experiments with Chai” in the form or some unusual tea options to choose from. From the rustic kulhad chai to hari mirch and aam papad chai, Chaayos has a number of options to choose from. Catering to the chai-drinking community, chaayos has not ignored those who are in search of a coffee, shake or lemonade.

Bringing into picture the monsoon season, Chaayos has come up with a new menu that is perfect for our rainy day cravings. The newly introduced section is called “Feasts” and has a few products which are already introduced and a few which are “coming soon”.

Chai and pakodas is a great combination, and if it rains, this is what everyone will crave for. Hence, they’ve introduced a pakoda basket that comes along with a homely green chutney. Mirchi, paneer, aranchini, pyaz pakoda and more is what you will find in their pakoda basket, that goes perfectly well with their kulhad chai, that has a mellow hint of saffron in it. The bun omelette has crunchy onions; comes with spicy mayo and can be a great pick for breakfast. But it is their loaded chicken cheese max that one should definitely go in for. Available in vegetarian option as well, the hollow loaf is stuffed with spicy morsels of chicken and is topped with cheese. Pair it with their masala thandi chai and you’ll be good to go.

Confession: Overall, the new menu at chaayos is certainly very promising, with not even one item that I didn’t enjoy. I am looking forward to try their coming soon items, which I am sure will taste equally good if not better.
