Now there are plenty of restaurants and delivery-only outlets, where you can order your favourite dish from. But if you’re aching for a departure from the usual North Indian and Chinese food, and wish to dig into some delicious burgers, hog onto some sausy pastas or chow down some cheesy pizzas, then I’d certainly recommend you to try Owl is well, at least once. And once you’ll try it, you’d want to try it again and again.

It delivers from 6 in the evening till 4:30 in the morning, and hence, gets its name, ‘Owl’ is Well.
Yesterday, I decided to give this place a try and after digging into everything that arrived, I didn’t regret a bit. With hunger pangs kicking in, I decided to chow down the jumbo burgers that came along with fries and sauces. The funghilicious burger, as the name itself would justify, consisted of mushrooms. A triple mushroom patty, topped with feta cheese, sweet shallot jam and lettuce leaves, the burger would successfully win the heart of any mushroom-lover. My heart though, was won by their Hangover cure burger, that consisted of chunks of bbq chicken, topped with coffee glazed bacon strips, candied jalapeños and fried egg. Big enough to feed a hungry soul, this burger was an ultimate delight.
After getting my ‘merican food fix, I quickly moved on to my all time favourite, Italian food with the quintessential, pasta and pizza. I opted for the roze pasta, that is basically an amalgamation of red sauce and white sauce pasta. With the right amount of spice from red sauce and cheese from white sauce pasta, the pasta had chunks of zucchini and broccoli, and came along with a slice of garlic bread and is highly recommended. Their thin crust pizzas are made in wood fired ovens and the menu has a variety of options to choose from. While I enjoyed the bechamel sauce and mozzarella based Pirates Bounty pizza, that was topped with peri peri tossed shrimps and fish, my favourite was their red dragon pizza, that took spice to a while new level. Jalapeño, pimientos and pickled red chillies along with roasted garlic chips and mushroom, this is the dish that I would order each and every time I order from Owl is Well.
Confession: Overall, the food that arrived from Owl is Well turned out to be much better than what I had expected. The neat packaging, in separate individual boxes paired with on-time delivery and delicious food, make Owl is Well a must-try place for sure!
