Golden brown, crisp on the outside, stuffed with either dal or potato or onions, served with piping hot aloo sabzi, kachori sabzi is the perfect Indian snack to take over hunger pangs.
Touted as the best place to have kachori sabzi in Delhi, Jung Bahadur Kachori Wala, in the lane of paranthe wali gali in Chandni Chowk, is a very small eatery with no seating space, that is frying some delicious kachori sabzi to binge on to.
Stuffed with spiced urad dal, the kachoris are beautifully golden and crisp on the outside, and come along with some spicy aloo ki sabzi. The secret to the kachoris served at JB Kachori Wala is the kachalu(colocasia) ki sabzi that he puts on top of the aloo sabzi, which is further topped with some fresh coriander and finely chopped green chillies.
Confession: Overall, a super spicy and absolutely delicious kachori sabzi combination, that certainly needs to be tried everytime you visit Chandni Chowk.
