To know about my experience from their Vasant Kunj outlet: https://karanfoodfanatic.wordpress.com/2016/07/20/chow-down-dim-sums-and-noodles-from-happy-hakka/

Experience of the Gurgaon Outlet:

Since my experience of their Vasant Kunj outlet turned out to be good, while I was visiting a friend in Gurgaon, I happened to order food from here and just like last time, I was not disappointed a bit.

The best way to try a variety of dimsums is to order their dimsum platter, which is available in vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian option. The platter consists of 3 varieties of dimsums, 4 pieces of each. I opted for the non-vegetarian platter, in which I got chicken canton, chiken sui mai and chicken hawkers dimsums. All of which tasted great and went well with the spicy red chilli sauce that came along.

The crunchy munchy rolls will golden crisp on the outside and were filled with glass noodles and diced vegetables. The mellow hint of lemongrass is what took this simple spring roll dish to a whole new level.  Sesame chilli potatoes tasted good too, but I would have certainly preferred it to be a bit more spicy, and hence, I dipped it in the red chilli sauce that came along with the dimsums and I was good to go.

For mains, I wanted to have the typical chilli chicken and hakka noodles, and hence, ended up ordering their chicken happy hot garlic along with a portion of chilli garlic chowmein. Replete with spices and flavours, the zingy kick from the hot garlic sauce was beautifully subdued by the chilli garlic noodles, overall, making it a very well balanced dish all together.

Confession: Overall, like before, I had a great experience with the food that was delivered to me from Happy Hakka. Timely delivery, neat packaging and delicious food, make Happy Hakka a must try!
