Must haves: Galauti kebabs, Chicken hyderabadi biryani
It’s aromatic, packed full of flavours and spices, and the undisputed winner in the plethora of rice dishes, biryani, is without doubt one of the most loved delicacies of our country. And this can be easily testified with the variety of biryanis that are available across different regions, and how a question of whether biryani can be vegetarian or not, creates a stir.
If an authentic biryani is what you crave for, then look no further, because Biryani by Kilo is here to bring to your doorstep, some biryani that is cooked individually in the same handi, as the one which arrives to your place. The mini angeethi, which comes along with the handi to give the extra 8-10 minutes of dum to the biryani, right before it is served, to revive the smoky flavour and aroma of spices, is something that caught my attention.
Perfectly fluffy and layered rice, with succulent morsels of chicken, topped with crispy onions, and paired along with some spicy mirchi ka salan, the Hyderabadi biryani from Biryani by Kilo was the perfect meal that I could have asked for.
After having heard a lot about their galauti kebabs, I ended up ordering a portion for myself, and was rewarded in the form of some melt-in-mouth kebabs, that had an explosion of spices in my mouth, which left me craving for more. Undoubtedly, one of the best galautis that I’ve had in Delhi NCR, and these will always find a space in all my upcoming orders from Biryani by Kilo.
Confession: Without doubt, biryani by kilo has to be your go-to place if you want to devour a good portion of some delicious and authentic biryani.
