Wheather you’re on a lookout for a cosy place to dig into pancakes and waffles for breakfast, a cheat day brunch with burgers and pizzas or a place for intimate dinner with some fine wine along with fancy European food, this place has it all and leaves no stone unturned to please its patrons.
Featuring chic interiors that are marked by plush leather couches, hand-drawn doodled walls with QR codes, bright lighting and quirky memorabilia, Smoke House Deli has at its disposal a distinct cafe experience that’ll make your meal a memory.
An all-day cafe and delicatessen, the menus at Smoke House Deli have something for everyone, from salads and soups to burgers and pastas, from shakes and smoothies to cocktails and wines. And that’s not where it ends. The all-new menu additions also have multiple vegan, gluten-free and low on calorie dishes, ensuring that each and every customer who walks in, walks out with a smile.
While the entire menu is replete with drool-worthy options, there are a few that clearly stand out from the rest and leave a mark on your palate. The grilled chicken and lemongrass skewers are hot selling for simplicity of flavours and the vegetarian counterpart of curried cottage cheese skewers are no less. There are all-time favourites from the old menu.
The wild mushroom fricasse with truffle scented spaghetti is a beautiful dish with bold flavours that’ll please to any mushroom lover. Speaking of which, if bold is what you prefer, do not deter from ordering the saffron and champagne risotto that is topped with chicken quenelle, crispy chicken and chicken and cheese nuggets.
No meal is complete without a dessert or two, and coming to Smoke House Deli and not trying their desserts would be no less than a sin. The Philadelphia cheesecake with berry compote is my go-to sweet treat at Smoke House Deli, that I pair with their strawberry cheesecake shake. However, if you’re not into dense baked cheesecakes, then I’d recommend you to try out the passionfruit cheesecake, that is moist and fluffy like a mousse, with the perfect amount of sweetness, that’ll help you conclude your meal on a toothsome note.
Confession: Smoke House Deli is the sort of place where you know you wouldn’t leave disappointed. Be it the starters, mains or desserts, the place excels, not only in terms of food but with their swift service as well. The updated menu boasts a lot of new options other than the ones mentioned above, that I’ll surely try very soon.
